Added: 08/09/2024
Spaces are still available for our network meeting next Wednesday 18 September at Jamyang Buddhist Centre. In a change to our agenda on the day, Fiona Tate, Senior Probation Officer and Lead on Engaging People on Probation for the Yorkshire and Humber Probation Service will attend to speak about how the service involves people with lived experience of the criminal justice system in shaping their work. Fiona will also talk through recent changes to probation that may impact your work. Chris Sylvester, Founder of Getting Clean will also speak at this meeting on his experiences of working with recovering addicts.
We would would encourage you to bring any service users whom you are working with that you feel may wish to hear from our speakers, take part in the workshop, and would benefit from attending.
