Earlier this year, VAL hosted its first Member Event of 2025, focusing on supporting our Members and their Trustees.

The event was an opportunity to learn more about Management Committees and Boards from experienced trainer Alex Peel.

Exclusively for VAL Members, the attendees discussed the roles and responsibilities of trustees, how to structure management meetings and what makes a good trustee. The group also discussed the Leeds Community Anchor Network and the support VAL could offer to their organisation.
