If you are involved in fundraising for your charity, community group or other not-for-profit organisation in Leeds, as a management committee member, volunteer or paid worker, then join us to learn more about funding and fundraising and share your group’s funding needs.

We hope you will join us and take the opportunity to share any fundraising tips and successes you have had or any difficult funding issues. The group is particularly aimed at small groups new to fundraising or for group members/workers new to fundraising and/or who want to develop their fundraising knowledge and skills as well as more experienced fundraisers who will generously share their experiences.

Speakers:

• Farida Zaman, Local Development Lead, Business in the Community, talking about approaching businesses for support and how BitC can help your group.
• Matt Godfrey, Funding Leeds, who will be telling us how to search for funders and save the results so that you will be informed of future funding opportunities.
