Yorkshire Dance are seeking new tenants to fill two empty office spaces.
Yorkshire Dance is a regional charity based inside an old textile mill in Quarry Hill. Alongside three dance studios the building is a creative hub and home to numerous small arts organisations, charities, creative businesses and health and wellbeing practitioners.
The 12 serviced office spaces are complete with furnishings such as desks and bookcases which can be removed if required. Entry is via the welcoming Yorkshire Dance foyer, or independently at the rear of the building on York Street, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Office spaces currently available include:
* A 4-6 person ground floor office (579 square foot) featuring a shared kitchen, large ground floor window.
* A 4-6 person ground floor office (407 square foot) featuring a large window and kitchenette.
Tenants can access discounted rates on dance studio and meeting room hire. Dance studios offer up-to-date sound systems, lighting rigs, air conditioning and raked seating for up to 80 people. Meeting room spaces offer flexible layout solutions for up to 40 delegates.
