Pay As You Feel Room Hire

Over the month of August we will be offering Pay As You Feel room hire services to third sector organisations!
That means that from Friday 1 August 2025 to Friday 29 August 2025, you are able to pay as much or as little as you like for the room you hire. Teas and coffees will still be charged at the normal rate of £2.50 per person, and any extras like flipchart paper or catering will also be charged at it’s normal rate.
Our Current Pricing
We currently charge:
- Hunslet room | Full day | Normal rate: £120 | Essentials rate: £100
- Hunslet room | Half day | Normal rate: £60 | Essentials rate: £50
- Chapeltown room | Full day | Normal rate: £90 | Essentials rate: £80
- Chapeltown room | Half day | Normal rate: £45 | Essentials rate: £40
- Armley room | Full day | Normal rate: £90 | Essentials rate: £80
- Armley room | Half day | Normal rate: £45 | Essentials rate: £40
Pay As You Feel Process
To book the Pay As You Feel room hire, send an email enquiry to roomhire@val.org.uk or call 0113 297 7920. You will then be asked to fill in the booking form as normal. We will send you a link to pay whatever you feel and then send an invoice for the teas, coffees and any extras at a later date.
