• Neuro Creators: Support for Neurodivergent Colleagues and Managers (free training)

As part of our Thrive at Work programme, Neuro Creators provides dedicated support for neurodivergent colleagues and the managers who support them.

Manager programme – Neurocreators

• Understanding Your Own Neurodivergence (Individual programme)

This programme combines self-paced e-learning with group coaching sessions, enabling participants to:

• Better understand their neurodivergence and personal strengths
• Build confidence in the workplace
• Develop practical strategies to support day-to-day success at work

Understanding Your Own Neurodivergence

• New Manager Training Available

We are also pleased to offer Identifying & Implementing Effective Support for Neurodivergent Staff, a dedicated training and e-learning programme for managers. The programme is designed to help managers:

• Better understand neurodiversity in the workplace
• Confidently support neurodivergent colleagues
• Create more neuroinclusive teams and working environments
