Possible all along: online exhibition by disabled artists in Leeds

Added: 02/12/2020

Possible all along, an online exhibition of work by Leeds disabled artists, was launched at the beginning of December. It is part of #LeedsForAll, Leeds’ celebrations of International Day of Disabled People, 3 December.

The exhibition features the work of 13 artists:

  • alabamathirteen
  • Si Denbigh
  • Alfie Fox
  • Sarah Francis
  • Mindy Goose
  • Stephen Harvey
  • Kirsty Ramsay Hogan
  • Lily Lavorato
  • Judit Mathe
  • Nicole Murmann
  • Vickie Orton
  • Ruthie Reynolds
  • Ria.

Launched at the end of a year that has been particularly hard on disabled people, the exhibition nevertheless acknowledges the positives that online engagement can bring to the arts. It looks forward to the future when the arts in Leeds will be both online and in real life, more accessible and more inclusive.
