Community Care Hubs meet with the Leeds City Council to discuss wedge based models

A meeting was held between the Leeds City Council and the Community Care Hubs that have been servicing the 33 wards of Leeds to ensure that the most vulnerable people in the city have access to support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The meeting was facilitated by Richard Jackson of Voluntary Action Leeds and some great discussions were had around wedge based models.
