The Caring Dads team are pleased to announce details of a new +1 programme that will begin in January 2022.

+1 is a group work programme for young men aged between 16 and 24 who would benefit from learning more about healthy relationships between a male and a female. Attached is information about the programme as well as a referral form and service user flyer.

All sessions will be delivered online therefore it is essential that the men referred into the service have access to the ‘Zoom’ app for each of the sessions below as well as the pre and post group discussion.

The sessions will be held between 6:00pm and 7:30pm on each of the following days:

• Wednesday 12 January
• Wednesday 19 January
• Wednesday 26 January
• Wednesday 2 February
• Wednesday 9 February
• Wednesday 16 February 

If you know of a young man who you feel would benefit from the +1 sessions, then referrals should be made to the Caring Dads team at: caringdadsreferrals@leeds.gov.uk

We would encourage people to contact the Caring Dads Team on (0113) 3781610 to discuss whether a young man would be eligible for +1 before making a referral.
