Research Helper is a research agency based in Leeds which specialises in identifying potential participants to test and give feedback on online services – from Government webpages, the NHS, to online shopping apps and websites. Our aim is to help organisations create experiences that are inclusive and accessible to all.

We are looking for foreign nationals who have applied for a National Insurance Number in the last 12 months to test and provide feedback on the application process.

This will be taking place online via a video call and take just one hour. Ideally, you will have applied for one to claim benefits, apply for student loan or to start working in the UK. In return of taking part, you will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
