This free webinar is for trustees and representatives of faith charities, such as places of worship who are thinking about incorporating or converting to the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) structure. The webinar will explain the CIO structure and the steps to take to convert or incorporate your charity to a CIO structure. The following topics will be covered:

•      What is a CIO (comparing with other governance structures)?
•      The roles of managing trustees versus holding trustees.
•      The benefits of incorporating (transferring) or converting to a CIO.
•      What you need to do to incorporate (transfer) or convert to a CIO.

This free webinar is mainly for registered faith charities but will also be of interest to unregistered faith charities who are considering registering as a CIO.
