The #TeamLeeds survey is for everyone who works in health and care in Leeds – around 57,000 people make up the #TeamLeeds workforce including all parts of the NHS and Leeds City Council, as well as many private and third sector organisations.

 

Everyone plays a key role in helping local people to stay healthy and access the right care, in the right place, at the right time. The best way to achieve this is for us to work even better together as one health and care team for Leeds.

 

This survey will help develop understanding of how well established the ‘Team Leeds culture’ is across the health and care workforce.

 

The deadline to complete the survey is now 5pm Friday 29 July.

Over 500 surveys have now been completed – thank you to all those who have participated and shared so far.

 

We want to hear from as many people as possible, and we understand that there are increasing system pressures, but please do take a couple of minutes to complete this and share with colleagues.

• 30% Leeds Teaching Hospitals (LTHT)
• 25% Leeds Community Healthcare (LCH)
• 12% Leeds City Council (LCC)
• 33% from other organisations
