This Foster Care Fortnight (15 to 28 May), help a Leeds child blossom and register to become a foster carer with Foster4Leeds – Leeds City Council’s 100% not-for-profit fostering service.

At Foster4Leeds, we are committed to keeping children in care in Leeds close to their schools, friends, and birth families.

But we can only do that with your help. We are now urgently looking for new people to make the incredible decision to become foster carers.

We welcome applications from any ethnic background, religion, and sexuality, and it doesn’t matter whether you are employed, unemployed, married, single or divorced. The most important thing is that you have a spare bedroom and time to give to a child.

And if you do choose to foster, you’ll gain access to a wide range of support; including financial help, emotional support, extra benefits, and more.
