Transforming Mental Health Grants is now open for applications!
We are working with Forum Central, and the NHS Integrated Care Board in Leeds to further test the impact of grant funding to Community Organisations to support the transformation of services for people with complex mental health needs. There are two rounds of funding available:
Local responses to support projects that benefit adults facing complex mental health issues based in localities which cover one or more local care partnership area.
Grant Size: £10,000 to £20,000

Duration: 1 year
Deadline:Â 08/12/2023 at 12 noon
Decisions: February 2024
City-wide responses to support projects that benefit people facing complex mental health issues based across the whole metropolitan district. We are seeking to fund at least one city-wide project which supports each of the following groups. These needs for support have been recognised by the analysis of local needs.
- A project to support the mental wellbeing of Black Men
- A project to support the mental wellbeing of older people
- A project to support the mental wellbeing of young people transitioning into adult services (17-25)
- A project to provide community support, or provide an accessible bridge to the hubs, for people with access needs. (See additional information for full definition)
- A project to support mental wellbeing of people with complex mental health needs who are disproportionately impacted by the cost-of-living crisis.
