Leeds City Council’s Organisational & Workforce Development team offers free training for staff and volunteers who work in Adult Social Care services and support vulnerable adults across Leeds. Courses are available through in-person sessions, virtual webinars and self-directed E-learning. To access this training offer, external adult social care organisations will need to register for a PAL account by requesting a set-up form from BSC.Training.Administration@leeds.gov.uk and returning it to them with your organisation details.

Once set up, there are two possible ways to access courses:

1. Manager has an account which they use to assign and monitor staff training.
2. Individual staff members have accounts to book their own training places.
