This year’s Small Charity Week runs from Monday 23 to Saturday 28 June 2025.
This is a campaign that promotes and supports the amazing work of small charities across the UK and the contribution they make supporting the lives of others.
The aim of this year’s activities is to raise funds while providing access to practical support and new connections – so organisations can continue their invaluable work.

To celebrate this year, though slightly later than the main week, Voluntary Action Leeds (VAL) in partnership with Leeds City Council, have organised this years Lord Mayor’s Small Charities Event in Leeds on 3 July.
This exciting event, now fully booked, will be celebrating the great work of small charities and organisations in Leeds, saying thank you to them for the positive impact they have on communities in Leeds.
Voluntary Action Leeds has a variety of resources available to provide support for organisations helping them to start and run their organisations effectively.
