ABCD is an approach to sustainable community-driven development based in neighbourhoods that supports local people to make the changes they want to see in their area and is a way of working with people and communities that starts with what is STRONG not what is WRONG.

ABCD is founded on the premise that everyone has asset and gifts. Everyone has something to contribute. Focusing on the skills, passions and strengths of the individuals and communities and identifying and mobilising individual and community assets.

In partnership with Leeds City Council, LS14 Trust are offering ABCD introduction training to any individual and/or organisation from Leeds.

ABCD in Leeds Learning Collective

In addition to the training, and as part of Leeds City Council’s commitment to the continued growth of Asset Based Community Development in Leeds, we are working in partnership with LS14 Trust to launch The ABCD in Leeds Learning Collective.

The ABCD in Leeds Learning Collective is a community of practice and networking opportunity, open to anyone in Leeds who would like to develop their understanding of ABCD.
