This award-winning international programme is a three-month personal and work development initiative aimed at women working in non-managerial roles in health and care.

Springboard is designed to help you delve further into self-reflection and empower you with self-belief, assertiveness and positive thinking. You are supported to set goals and develop practical interpersonal skills as you work alongside other women, sharing lived experiences from your personal and professional lives. We welcome applications from women working within the Leeds health and care sector, and encourage those working in the Third Sector to apply.
