Bereavement can be devastating for anyone.  To help others a free, peer support bereavement café is now running in Horsforth.

If you or someone you know needs support, it offers a warm safe space, where people can reflect, share stores and find comfort, strength and connection with others.  It will allow people to openly acknowledge their grief or just sit quietly and listen to others.  It may help remind them that they are not alone in their grief journey.

The café will run, every third Friday of the month at Cragg Hill Baptist, between 1.30 until 3.00pm.
