60-minute makeover challenge?

 

Applications are now OPEN! Deadline for entries is 22^nd March 2024

 

The Parklane Foundation is looking for nominations from community organisations in the Leeds area, who are working to serve their local community by way of helping others and going above the call of duty.

Through our fabulous maintenance team at Hive, we will come and spend up to 3 days with the lucky winner, to help turn a community space from drab to fab.

Examples of projects nominations you can apply for are:

• Painting and decorating
• Refurbishing a community space
• Transforming a derelict space for community use
• Brightening up a sports changing room
• A combination of the above

Criteria for entry:

• The scheme is open to entry from community groups working to support disadvantaged people in the Leeds area.
• The organisation must be willing to allow access between Tuesday 9^th April and Friday 12^th April

 

Submit your application:

Please submit your entry in 300 – 500 words and outline:

• What your organisation does?
• What work is required?
• How will this make a difference?
• Attach 2-3 photographs of the facility requiring refurbishment
