Connect Together, Leeds Inner South Communities, Communities Grant Fund
Voluntary, community, social enterprises and faith organisations supporting children and young people in Inner South Leeds can apply for grants to improve children and young people’s health and wellbeing and redress health inequalities.
Grants are for £1,500 for smaller community groups and organisations with a turnover of below £250,000 and of up to £5000 to deliver work which builds capacity within the local third sector to help maintain longer term involvement with children’s social prescribing in the area.
Will consider larger bids, particularly partnership led bids; however, we would ask that you speak to a member of the grants team prior to beginning an application.
Deadline: 12 Noon on Thursday 31 August 2023.
All Funding to be allocated by the end September 2023, however delivery can continue until the end of March 2024.
