Following on from Black Health Initiative’s (BHI) successful webinar ‘CoVID Vaccination Conversation’ we have now partnered with York University and have produced this survey to ascertain if there are indeed hesitancies within the diverse communities and if so why?

This survey has been ethically approved and will be shared within the Health sector with the aim to inform and influence the narrowing of health disparities amongst diverse communities.

The report will be placed in the public arena for future research with the aim of its use locally, nationally and referenced internationally.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes.
