DVA Needs Assessment – Call for Evidence
Added: 04/06/2021
As many of you will be aware, the Domestic Abuse Act received Royal Assent in April. One of the features of the Act, is a new duty on local authorities to assess the need for and provide support in safe accommodation to victim-survivors of domestic abuse and their children. Safer Leeds are asking for the views of service providers to inform the needs assessment – further details are on the attached Practitioner call for evidence.
This is an opportunity for both strategic and practitioner input from a wide range of agencies and services.
Safer Leeds are keen to gather as many responses from service providers as possible and are grateful for your support.
The deadline for submissions is Friday 11th June so if you have any issues or concerns with completing the form, please don’t hesitate to contact the team on the contact details provided on the form.
