My Name is Dom Charkin and in my day job I am the Chief Executive of Leeds Charity Zest.
I am currently undertaking an ILM Level 7 Certificate for executive level coaches and mentors. As part of this qualification I need to deliver at least 20 hours of coaching assignments.
I am looking for senior decision makers who are looking for coaching support to help them work out strategies to move beyond challenges and issues at work. As I work in the 3rd sector I am particularly keen to be able to give back to it. I have keen interest in supporting:
- New Leaders – first 100 days including career transition and development
- Supporting leaders develop strategic thinking and planning
- Developing effective and lasting partnerships
The coaching will be a series of conversations arranged at times to suit either in person or online. The assignment will go at the pace of the client and will be conducted under an agreed code of ethics and will be entirely confidential. Although it is part of a structured course I am undertaking the client will not be identified or identifiable. And best of all the assignment is completely free.
