Teen Connect Helpline and Safe Zone are open throughout summer!

We are a small, friendly, diverse team who are here to listen with empathy and offer a space for young people to talk. Support with us is for ALL families, including those with young people who are Looked After, adopted or with any additional needs. People talk to us about a wide range of topics and feelings – a call with us really can be about anything, nothing is too big or too small:

sadness, anger, fear, loss, grief, pain, loneliness, family, change, sleep, friendships, eating difficulties, self-harm, feeling suicidal, being in crisis, abuse, feeling anxious or depressed, feeling unsafe, want to talk, any difficulties, frustrations, worries, and more

A young person can contact us if this is their first time speaking to someone about how they feel, if they have support from other places, or if they are on a waiting list. They can call back as many nights as they want to. Support with us is FREE & CONFIDENTIAL, with NO WAITING LIST.

Safe Zone is our face-to-face service for 11-17 year olds, offering support in-person. Open 3 nights a week

Safe Zone opens: 5.00pm-8.30pm, text 07593 529367 to request a visit. The service closes at 9pm. We also provide a free taxi service to and from our location to assist with access to our service.
