Heart Research UK are offering Healthy Heart Grants ‘Empowering Communities to Beat Heart Disease’

Grants of up to £15,000 are available to bring heart-healthy projects to life. Healthy Heart Grants support community projects that promote healthier lifestyles and reduce the risk of heart disease.

These grants will fund projects that support adults to reduce their risk of coronary heart disease, helping them to live healthier, happier and longer lives. Projects must focus mainly on one or more of the following:

• healthy eating,
• physical activity,
• smoking and/or alcohol consumption

They will fund innovative ideas to help people live longer, happier lives, especially in at-risk communities.

The deadline for applications from organisations based in England North is Wednesday 3 June 2026.  Shortlisted groups will have an on-line interview on Wednesday 29 July 2026
