Crisis are conducting research into people’s experiences of Housing Options services in Leeds as part of a 3 year research project into the introduction of the Homelessness Reduction Act. As well as working with the council to find participants for surveys and interviews we are looking to engage people through charity services.

We would like to talk to people who have either had contact with Leeds Housing Options in the last 3 years or have not engaged with council services despite being eligible.
