Leeds Cancer Awareness Project

The Leeds Cancer Awareness Project team are offering free online training sessions to help raise awareness for cancer signs and symptoms, NHS screening services, ways to reduce risk, screening top tips, the importance of early detection and the barriers to cancer.

Taking part in the training will give you the knowledge and confidence to discuss cancer and screening with friends, family, colleagues and service users. Anyone living or working in Leeds are eligible to take part.

To take part all you need to do is register for the session you would like to attend, why not sign up for both training sessions? After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The training takes place via Zoom and sessions will last up to 2 hours.
