Leeds City Council Consultation on Children’s Centres is Live
Added: 07/07/2025
Voluntary Action Leeds
We want to find out what you think about proposals to change how we offer family services and support from Children’s Centres in Leeds. We are asking for views on both Children’s Centre buildings and the services they provide to families.
The proposals we’re consulting on have been shaped by what we heard through earlier engagement – including over 2,500 responses from families and professionals.
The consultation runs until 31 July, and we want to make sure as many people as possible have the chance to take part.
You can help by:
- Completing the survey
- Sharing the consultation with your networks and the families you work with
- Encouraging participation in consultation events (in person and online)
📝 Fill in the survey
You can take part by filling in one of our surveys:
- Public survey – open to anyone who lives in Leeds or nearby: www.leeds.gov.uk/ccsurvey
- Professionals survey – for professionals working with families that have children under 5 years old: www.leeds.gov.uk/ccprofessionalsurvey
