The council is re-opening its discretionary grants for businesses and charities affected by
Covid-19 restrictions. There are three forms of grant available:

• Grants for businesses and charities with fixed property costs of more than £4000
• Grants for businesses (including social enterprises) with fixed property costs that are based at home
• Restart grants for a range of ‘non essential’ businesses
