Leeds Directory is a service, that’s provided by the council, for the residents of Leeds.  Leeds Directory, supports residents to live well by connecting them with reliable local services and tradespeople.  It is an online source of information that offers a range of services in the home and community, activities and support groups.

Not online?

One doesn’t have to be online to avail services offered by Leeds Directory, as, it’s accessible over the telephone and post.  Beyond the usual working days/hours (weekdays, 9:00 – 5:00), the service has an answerphone, leave a message and the team will get back in touch.

Our people

There are over 1500 organsiations listed on the Directory, that may assist and support in a variety of ways, towards living well and more independently. These include for example, home and garden maintenance; equipment to help with daily living tasks such as cooking or getting washed and dressed; home care; home security and much more.

The Green Tick

There are some organisations that have a Green Tick on their listings, which means, they have been checked and vetted, for peace of mind.  Any organisation, that offers their services within and around the home or on one to one basis, will have green tick with their listings.

Feedback

Anyone using the Directory is encouraged to leave a review, whether it’s the usage of website, have spoken to a member of the team or had a provider in the home or garden to do a job – the Directory wants to know about it, as it helps to improve the service.  Furthermore, if a review is submitted for the providers, it helps people to see what others think of the service they received and it motivates providers to remain steadfast and committed to providing excellent work.
