If you are involved in fundraising for your charity, community group or other not-for-profit organisation in Leeds, as a management committee member, volunteer or paid worker, then join us to learn more about funding and fundraising and share your group’s funding needs.
- Speaker: Gayle Graham from Health For All will outline the Connect Together, Leeds Inner South Communities, Communities Grants and the LEAP Grants for Middleton Park Ward
Our main topic will be:
- Legacy Fundraising
Please come along with any of your own examples of how you have attracted legacy funding for your organisation or any questions you have about what legacy funding is, how to attract legacy funding for local charities and community groups and the process involved.
The meeting is very informal and an opportunity for you to share any fundraising tips and successes you have had, any difficult funding issues, or tell us about any funding pots you have come across. The group is particularly aimed at small groups new to fundraising or for group members/workers new to fundraising and/or who want to develop their fundraising knowledge and skills as well as more experienced fundraisers who will generously share their experiences. We will also be planning what you would like from the Network in the coming months – so please come and tell us.
We will be meeting via Zoom, please e-mail kaye.wilson@val.org.uk for the link.
