With the cost of living going up, we know that many residents and families in Leeds will be approaching their faith leaders and faith communities for support. Leeds City Council’s Financial Inclusion Team are keen to reach out to faith leaders to promote the Leeds Money Information Centre, which may help when signposting local residents to the right support.

The Money Information Centre provides information on how to find free, independent and confidential advice in Leeds. Help is available on a range of matters such as debt, energy and utilities, benefits, affordable credit, and emergency support: Welcome to the Money Information Centre (leeds.gov.uk)

• Debt and Money Advice flyer – Useful numbers for key services in Leeds. Translated versions also available.

• Concertina card – a credit card sized item that opens to double sided A4, for staff to use when signposting.
