VAL (Voluntary Action Leeds) is inviting member organisations to nominate one individual to stand for election as a Trustee of VAL to work with the other Trustees to lead the organisation in meeting its strategic objectives and deliver an exciting and innovative package of services and solutions to support the third sector and our communities in Leeds.

Details and Nomination Form 

Four places on the Trustee Board come up for election in rotation each year. Those nominees receiving the most votes will serve for a three year term. They will take their seat at the Board meeting following the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 30 September 2021.

In addition, any vacancies for less than the full 3 year term (due to Trustees standing down mid-term) will be filled from nominees receiving the next highest vote.

The closing date for returned nomination forms is Thursday 2 September 2021.
