Voluntary Action Leeds (VAL) are thrilled to be launching two brand-new Volunteering Quality Mark awards, which will be joining our existing Level 1 award, giving organisations even more ways to celebrate excellence in volunteering.

The Volunteering Quality Mark Lite is perfect for groups and organisations at the start of their volunteering journey, or those with a more informal volunteer programme.

The Volunteering Quality Mark Level 2 is designed for organisations that demonstrate a high standard of volunteer management and are ready to showcase best practice.

Achieving a Volunteering Quality Mark is a powerful recognition of your commitment to quality volunteering. It can help you attract new volunteers, strengthen funding applications, and your success will be celebrated and showcased by VAL.

All awards are endorsed by Leeds City Council and remain valid for three years once achieved.
