PANDAS Foundation, a leading charity supporting parents with their mental health is now running a support group in East Leeds. Offering a safe peer support space for parents who would benefit from a coffee, a chat, and gentle mental health support. The group is completely free and designed to be welcoming, informal, and supportive.

• Date & Time – It will run on the last Sunday of the month between 7.30pm – 9.00pm
