Meet Helina Bassey, Programme Manager and Julia Akenbrand, Development worker from The Phoenix Way Yorkshire and Humber to find out more about the Phoenix Way: Children and Youth Round, open now for applications until the deadline on Sunday 3rd December.
The fund is for Black, Asian racially minoritised VCSEs who support children and young people aged 18 and under that are at high risk of becoming involved in violence. Grants made in this round will be for project funding of between £30,000 – £50,000 for 1 year. Funding can be used to support a new project, an existing project, or the expansion of a project.
The Phoenix Way is an exciting, national collaborative partnership as a response to the structural inequalities which Black and racially minoritised communities and community-led organisations face in relation to influencing and accessing grant funding in the UK. Impact Hub Bradford are pleased to be the delivery lead for The Phoenix Way for the Yorkshire and Humber region.
