Rosa Voices from the Frontline Fund.

Rosa is inviting applications for Campaigning and Influencing Work to enable women and girls to use their voices to achieve change.

The Voices from the Frontline fund is a one-year programme supporting grassroots activism and awareness-raising of issues facing women and girls in the UK.

Grants of £500 to £7,000 are on offer, with the expectation that around 30 to 40 grants will be made.

Women’s sector voluntary and community organisations in the UK are eligible to apply, providing they are constituted and run by, for and with women.

Priority will be given to organisations that are:

• Operating in the top 20% of the most disadvantaged areas in the UK based on the Indices of Multiple Deprivation (IMD).
• Based in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
• Led by and for Black and minoritised women and girls.
• Led by and for disabled women.
• Led by and for LGBTQ+ women and girls.

The grants can be used for a broad range of activities that women’s organisations undertake in order to raise women’s voices and challenge inequality, including:

• Campaigning for changes in policy and laws including activities such as petitions, social media campaigns and lobbying.
• Influencing community leaders and power holders about issues that affect women in a particular place or community.
• Gathering evidence or producing tools and reports which enable women and women’s organisations to campaign for change.
• Mentoring or training for women on how to participate in public life and influence social policy.

There will be three ‘How to Apply’ webinars, with interested groups encouraged to register for a spot.

• 29 September, 1pm to 2pm.
• 12 October, 4pm to 5pm.
• 25 October, 3pm to 4pm

The deadline to apply is 4pm on 3 November 2022.
