Details of a new mental health support service for Young People in Crisis for 11 to 17 year old in Leeds to self-refer. We also offer support to Parent/Carers who are supporting their children/young people in Crisis.   

The service is  now open for face to face on the Monday from The Market Place 18A New Market Street LS1 6DG , Thursday from Dial House 12 Chapel Street LS15 7RW.  Monday and Thursday Sunday we offer phone support. Due to Covid-19, we have limited places for face to face, to make the referral the telephone number is 0113 8198189.

The support service is staffed by experienced Crisis Support Workers from Leeds Survival Led Crisis Service and The Market Place, who can offer emotional and practical support.
