Now that a COVID-19 vaccine is being rolled out across the country, it couldn’t be more important that we find out what people in Leeds think about getting their jabs. Healthwatch Leeds has launched a survey to hear the views of people in the city and help with local planning. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to fill in and asks you about your hopes, thoughts and questions about the vaccine.

About the vaccine
The NHS has well-established routes for delivering vaccinations across the country, for example the annual flu jab. These are primarily led by GPs and community pharmacies, and plans for COVID-19 vaccination will build on these. The NHS will not offer Covid-19 vaccinations to the public until it is safe to do so and it will use national evidence to prioritise who will get them first.
The vaccine includes two jabs, taken three to four weeks apart.
