Support for Charities with Teams Working Remotely

Added: 27/04/2020

Charities that are asking their teams to work from home during COVID-19 can now seek free advice on team communication and productivity from the established remote company, Exposure Ninja.

Tim Cameron-Kitchen, the founder of Exposure Ninja, said: “In recent weeks, we’ve noticed an influx of enquiries about working remotely including questions about mental health, team communication and security risks. As a result, we made the decision to push forward our plans to create a remote working course. This activity was originally scheduled for the end of the year, but it’s become apparent that companies need help with this transition immediately.”

He added: “Although this is a paid course, we’ve decided to make this resource free to all non-profit organisations in a bid to help firms that are most vulnerable or without support.”

Created by the team at Exposure Ninja — a 100-person remote company with staff across five continents — this course covers:

  • Client and team communication
  • Remote performance management
  • Secure password and file sharing
  • Team wellbeing and productivity
  • Hiring, training and onboarding remotely
  • Remote task delegation

Those that sign up will also receive five team licenses to give to staff members. The staff-facing version will only cover the necessary modules like productivity, working in isolation and wellbeing.
