Empower Hour is exclusively for young people aged 18-25 years old within the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who may be questioning their sexual and / or gender identity. We offer 8 – 10 sessions of tailored individual support with experienced LGBTQIA+ support workers, sessions can explore various topics such as emotional well-being, mental health, confidence and self esteem building, budgeting, sexual and gender identity, advocacy and access to education, training, employment and volunteering.
