On 24 January, Third Sector Leeds hosted a meeting between a group of third sector leaders and Cllr Lewis (Leader of the Council), Cllr Harland (Executive Member for Communities) and Tom Riordan (Chief Executive).

The meeting  focused on ways to strengthen strategic links between the third sector, the Council and other partners. The lively discussion touched on a wide range of topics including the cost of living challenge, how we can work together to ensure that our city has the workforce we need, capturing new digital opportunities and engaging communities in moving to a more environmentally sustainable city.

After the meeting Chris Hollins – Third Sector Leeds’ independent Chair – wrote to Cllr Lewis, Cllr Harland and Tom Riordan noting some key points from the meeting. You can read Chris’ letter here.
