The Thrive at Work Hub programme launched in April which is a project designed to help employees stay in work, return to work more quickly after illness, or explore alternative employment opportunities when necessary.

Referrals can be made my individuals referring themselves, but also by employers, which includes organisations from the third sector.

The programme includes a variety of support such as:

  • Integrated Coaching Service (Inspire North) – Combining work coaching, health coaching, and social prescribing to empower employees.
  • Leeds Workplace Adjustment Service (Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust) – Support for employees and Managers to implement adjustments.
  • Mental Health Fast Track (Vivup) – Rapid access to early-stage therapies.
  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) support

Referrals can be made from employees and Managers/Health professionals and the referral forms are on the Thrive webpage.
