The Think Ahead Programme is a fast-track programme for people to train and work as Mental Health Social Workers.

Year 1 – tax free training bursary of £17,200 for Yorkshire region.

Year 2 – you will be employed as a newly qualified social worker and receive a taxable salary, typically ranging from £21,000 to £33,000 depending on where you are located.

There will be a presentation and Q&A with the recruitment team on 17 November, 11am via Zoom.
