Transforming Mental Health Grants: Online Launch (30th October, 1-2pm)

Forum Central are thrilled to invite you to the launch of the second round of the Transforming Mental Health Grants! The grants have been developed as part of Community Mental Health Transformation, in partnership with Leeds Community Foundation, Synergi Leeds and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) in Leeds. There are two pots totalling £415,000 – one with five specific focus areas, where organisations can apply for up to 50k, and one pot which is more open, and focuses on hyper-local provision, where organisations can apply for up to 20k. All will fund activities and support for people with complex mental health needs, and are open to third sector organisations.

The five focus areas are supporting the health & wellbeing of:

• Black men
• Older people
• Young People transitioning into adult services
• People with access needs
• People most impacted by the cost of living crisis
