TSL has released a short newsletter called ‘TSL News Flash’ containing guidance for organisations about negotiating contracts with commissioners.

We realise that many organisations are in a situation where they have to significantly alter their services, meaning many conversations with commissioners. This newsletter therefore looks to provide guidance and support for these organisations as well as a link to Leeds Commissioning Code of Practice.
