West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership – Joint Forward Plan

West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership
The NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is consulting on the development of its regional plan (the Joint Forward Plan) to deliver more joined-up, preventative, and person-centred care for people and communities.
The Joint Forward Plan is a five-year plan which will outline how we will deliver our strategy to improve health and care across West Yorkshire, and the ICB is responsible for developing, and delivery of, the NHS components of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Strategy.
As one of the ‘places’ in West Yorkshire, the ICB in Leeds is supporting this work by promoting the involvement with local people and partners, including services that deliver health and care, the third sector and people from across our diverse communities.
We encourage anyone in Leeds with an interest in health and care to have input to the development of the plan. We will use the feedback we receive to shape our plans for the next five years and will update our website to show how people’s comments have influenced the plan.
This public engagement is open from 10 January – 20 February 2023
