Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important topic for charities, but many organisations are still trying to answer the same fundamental questions around governance, accountability, risk and decision-making.

Join us for a free two-hour online session for senior third sector leaders, designed to explore the leadership and governance issues that sit beneath AI adoption.

This is not a workshop on prompting, AI tools or how to use AI. Instead, it focuses on the strategic questions that leaders, trustees and senior managers need to be asking when introducing AI into their organisations.

A key part of the session is an anonymous survey of the Third Sector Leeds membership, which will be circulated in advance. The survey will capture how organisations across Leeds are currently thinking about AI, the challenges they are facing, and the questions they still need answered.

Many charities are having the same conversations and encountering the same uncertainty. By bringing these experiences together, the survey will create a shared picture of where the sector is now and help identify the practical governance issues that matter most to members.

The findings will be presented during the first part of the session, giving attendees a unique insight into the opportunities, concerns and priorities emerging across the Leeds third sector.
