There’s a lot of talk about the Covid-19 vaccine and a lot of people have questions.

The NHS in Leeds would like to find out what questions young people have so that they can provide answers. Please fill in this short survey that asks what you would like to know.

They are also looking for people to come to a focus group about the vaccine. If you’re interested you can leave your email address in the survey and they will let you have the details. The focus groups last an hour and you get £20 to say thank you. The results to help the NHS in Leeds answer the questions that people have about getting vaccinated.
